• Features fully digital closed-loop control for high precision, with pressure accuracy down to 0.3 bar and stable flow rate—particularly advantageous at low flow rates. Utilizes permanent magnet synchronous servo motors and dedicated servo drives for rapid response, achieving 0–maximum flow in just 60 ms and 0–maximum pressure in approximately 100 ms.
• Dedicated precision injection molding computer with CAN communication control delivers rapid response and high control accuracy, shortening production cycles.
• Newly designed clamping unit incorporates computer simulation optimization technology. All components undergo finite element analysis to optimize stress and deformation, resulting in smooth, rapid movement, high strength, low stress, and excellent rigidity.
• Dual-cylinder injection system paired with inclined dual-stroke oil cylinders ensures smooth injection action. Linear guide design minimizes resistance during injection and material storage while distributing forces evenly, enabling more responsive injection actions and material storage backpressure reactions for enhanced injection precision.
