Types of Injection Molding Machine(Material Type)
The injection molding machine(material type) produced by our company mainly include the following types:
Plastic Injection Moulding Machine
An injection molding machine is an industrial system that manufactures plastic parts by melting raw plastic pellets and forcing them into a mold under high pressure to solidify, enabling high-volume, precise production.
PVC Injection Molding Machine
PVC injection molding machine is a specialized industrial system that heats, melts, and injects PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) pellets or powder into molds under high pressure to create precise, durable plastic parts.
PET Injection Molding Machine
PET injection molding machine is a specialized industrial system designed to melt and inject polyethylene terephthalate (PET) resin into molds to produce PET preforms—intermediate, test-tube-shaped pieces with a finished neck.
Advantages of Injection Molding Machine(Material Type)

High Production Efficiency and Low Cost
The cycle time for injection molding typically ranges between 20 to 60 seconds, and for thicker or larger parts, this may be longer. Multi-cavity molds allow for the production of several parts in each cycle.
Capability to Mold Complex Shapes
Injection molding can easily fabricate parts with complex shapes. The mold cavities can be designed in various intricate forms, and the molten plastic fills these cavities and cools to form the desired shape.
Automated Production
The injection molding production line can be highly automated. Products can be demolded automatically, and the use of robotic arms further reduces manual intervention. However, post-processing such as trimming of excess material and visual inspection is still required.
High Dimensional Consistency
Injection molded products maintain high repeatability and consistency within the tolerance range. Although the precision is slightly less compared to CNC machining, it usually meets the requirements for most applications.
Diverse Material and Color Options
Plastics are polymers, classified into categories like standard plastics, engineering plastics, and special plastics. Modern plastics can match or even exceed certain metals in terms of strength, heat resistance, and corrosion resistance.
Rich and Detailed Surface Textures
The surface of injection molds can achieve a mirror finish. Moreover, modern injection molding techniques can create a variety of surface textures. 3D laser texturing technology allows for even more intricate and delicate patterns, like stitched lines on a leather-textured surface.

Daily Cleaning
You begin with daily machine cleaning. You do this daily because plastic residue often accumulates around the nozzle and mold area. If you don’t clean the machine regularly, this may contaminate the next cycle or even block it.
Condition Monitoring (Hydraulic System)
You also monitor hydraulic oil condition regularly. Hydraulic oil transmits clamping force and injection pressure. Low oil level may cause unstable mold closing during operation. You also check hydraulic oil temperature during production. 30°C and 50°C should be your ideal operating temperature range.
Lubrication
You lubricate moving mechanical components regularly. It reduces the friction between sliding parts, hence reducing the chances of wear.
Parts and Joints Inspection
You inspect the screw and barrel condition periodically. Material contamination or metal particles may damage the screw flights. Such damage affects plastic melting stability.
Cooling System Inspection
You also examine cooling systems and water lines. Blocked cooling channels reduce mold temperature control accuracy.
Electrical Integrity of Machine
Electrical inspection is also necessary. You check wiring connectors and control cabinet ventilation. Loose connections may cause signal interruption.
Documenting Everything
You maintain proper documentation. You record maintenance activity and operating observations.
