Before trial operation, carefully check that the power supply matches the machine's requirements. Ensure all components are fully installed and verify the wiring connections against the circuit diagram to ensure accuracy. Fill all lubrication points with the specified lubricating oil (grease) and wipe away any rust-preventive oil from the machine.
The mixer should be started under no-load, followed by a load test run. Check the pneumatic components and ensure the discharge gate opens and closes properly. After the trial run, it can be put into production.
If the machine is not used for a short period after use, carefully clean the inner wall of the pot and the agitator. For long-term storage, apply rust-preventive oil.
Lubrication requirements: The mixer main shaft should be lubricated with No. 2 sodium-based grease (GB492-65) once daily.
A complete machine overhaul should be performed every six months, replacing all seals and checking the electrical wiring and components.
